Caller states the the plant bed in the roundabout has not been kept.
Caller states that this home is up demolition and has weeds growing on her property.
This house is next door to an empty lot. Resident maintains their side, but along the fence line there is excessive growth--because of this there are dead rats, bees, and trash accumulating around the fence line. Resident next door is worried as they are elderly and cannot attend to this themselves and they have grandchildren who play outside.
Grass and weeds are severely overgrown. City owns this area on the street side and creeping into this address and into the street.
Residents at this address are constantly mowing the grass into the street causing a safety hazard. The police were called due to a disturbance about this issue last night and Officer Prang (1213) advised the caller to put in a ticket so code enforcement could let the residents know it is indeed illegal to blow the grass into the roadway. The resident at 2616 N Peoria Ave would like the Code Enforcement Aide/Officer to come speak to him when checking on this case.
