During storm last night a huge branch fell into the 2700 NE block of Adams, business owner called his property is 2719 NE Adams called, in the alleyway

Large, dead tree in front yard but in City right-of-way. Has large limb hanging over sidewalk. Fear it will break off and hurt someone. Made previous request. Crew was cutting back trees in the area recently but not this one.
