There was a fire at 503 West Columbia Terrace a week before Christmas. Extensive exterior and interior damage due to heating with a stove. Before then, the residents told us they had no heat. American Water told us service was cut off on December 3rd. A resident just asked us for water because of "busted pipes." It seems unsafe there and we cannot help them. Maybe you can check on their welfare.
OSB used for fencing at 1703 Northeast Jefferson
1703 Northeast Jefferson installed a gravel driveway in the front yard
please eliminate the driving and parking in the yard at 1703 Northeast Jefferson, now they've poured gravel illegally
SR#65903 part of a tree on side of road has fallen in road at end of Spring lane, in the cull de sac. this tree was cleaned up once before about 2 years ago when the city determined it was in the right of way and city responsibility. wouldn't break my heart if the whole thing was gone.
SR#65693 it's been 3 days since the ice and snow storm and not one single city snow removal truck has made it down spring lane or any other secondary roads in Ravenswood subdivision. roads are a sheet of ice now. situation normal for our spring lane, I'm pretty sure we all pay taxes as well as the richer neighborhoods. we don't have sidewalks, and our kids walk the road to their bus stop!
Is it possible for Peoria and PDC to work out a special, one-time winter yardwaste pickup route, say in the next week or two? I have truckloads of tree debris on my land from the ice storm and I am very sure I am not the only one. Thank you for your help in looking into this.
SR#65689 At the intersection of Glen/Sterling and War Memorial Drive. Traffic going east on War Memorial Drive turning east onto Glen. The turn Left light is not long enough for the time of day 430 to 5 pm. Also the green on War in both Directions is long and the two previous lights at Scenic and Brandywine bunch westbound traffic into a clump allowing an extra green turn on most lights onto east glen that does not occur. This backs up turning traffic making them sit longer putting fumes in the air. if there is a way for the computer system to read when the west bound clump is over and provide an extra green turn when available that would be great. It wont be able to do that on every light if westbound traffic is heavier, but when it is not heavy an extra green for turning east to east would be great.
SR#65679 roads have not been treated for the ice on piccadilly placd and most of the neighborhood. I know peoria is a big city, just wanted to make sure I can safely get to work tomorrow morning. thank you in advance, we appreciate all the city does for us!
