1016 N Elmwood Ave. Van parked on an upaved surface in the backyard. Left rear tire is flat. Tags on license plate has been expired for over a year.

dark green audi sedan. been parked for sale, in the same spot, since April of 2018. hasnt moved. its becoming an eyesore as I drive past every day.
There are 3 unregistered vehicles at 4002 west Crimson Rd. 1. Green Pontiac Minivan (on street) 2. Green Pontiac TA and 3. Black PT Cruiser (2 and 3 in driveway). The van is always parked illegally to close to the intersection and blocks the school bus for the bus stop.
How long are inoperable vehicles allowed to be parked on street in front of private residence?

there's an abandoned car that hasn't been moved in several years in the back yard. it's a visual nuisance.
