The back door of the house looks open. the grass is getting high.
house at 300 Northeast Perry is not on list of registered non-owner occupied properties
facet and gutters falling off home. Rotten wood, racoons entering home through holes in rotted wood. owner came by yesterday, looked at trsiler and left. Must be rodent infested. Neighbors are sick of looking at this nasty eyesore.
i think there are squatters going in and out of the property at 1107 e. willcox ave peoria il. haven't seen anyone at property for a while. i belive the water and power is shut off to property
