Intersection of Glenwood and Calendar, car hasn't moved since xmas and tags are expired. Silver Chevrolet Truck Lic. #1148109
The property, located at 1306 S Arago has multiple problems. Resident has called before on noise violations, which resolved, but continues occur. The tenants of this rental property have other over and congregate as well as bring furniture on the porch to accommodate the crowd. Property is also not maintained as it has issues with litter. Other residents are encountering problems with late night noise from crowd and party gathered at this location.
Caller stated that on the 1400 block of Tiffany that there is an abandoned car on a vacant lot. The car has been damaged and sitting there for 2-3 weeks.
Caller reported 2 cars at 2324 W Forrest Hill Ave being parked in the lawn on the side yard.
Caller identified a vehicle left abandoned at 802 W Forrest Hill Ave in the alleyway. It is in the back alleyway by the garage.
2-3 days ago, a black short-bed Chevy truck showed up in the alley at property 3401 NE Adams. The vehicle has no stickers or tags identifying it.
Abandoned white mini van with two flat tires. Has been in the same spot for over a week.
Storage sheds that were not zoned for the property are back on the property.
