This property once was a church and now it might have been turned into a possible bar or teen club. There are bars on the windows and a white fence located on this property. Please inspect.
Pool is green and filled with algae. Also, creating a mosquito haven.
Driveway is leaking water and it's going out into the street area. This has been going on for three weeks.They need to hire a plumber to fix this issue. IL American Water came out and the owner told them that they didn't want their driveway torn out. Eyesore to the neighborhood.
There is a basketball rim left out in the street.
Concerned owner at flower shop has people loitering and leaving their trash after they eat in front of business. Owner is concerned and would like for police to patrol this area for a while at the flower shop located at this plaza. The unit is #615 at this plaza.
unoccupied home for sale with above ground pool w/ water in it and gate doesn't have lock on it.
Pool water hasn't been changed since Sept. of 2018. This is a 15 foot pool. Neighbors can't enjoy being outside due to the mosquitoes. Please inspect.
