The Townhouse Hotel is in disrepair. The hotel is filthy. There are shoes and clothes stuffed in the window of the hotel office. Paint buckets setup by stairways instead of using caution signs. Glass fell out of the refrigerator inside the hotel room in Room 213 and someone could get hurt. Please inspect facility.
There is a large shed that is sitting out in the parking lot. Neighbors thought it was temporary, but looks like they are planning to keep it out in the parking lot long term. Eyesore to the neighborhood. Please inspect.
Roach infestation at this property. The roaches are going to the neighboring house. They need to clean up and spray.
They have moved the pontoon to the side of the yard and now have another boat in the drive way. Please inspect.
Hollybrook Apartments has a pothole on their private property that is deep. The pothole is located right as you enter their complex. Please inspect.
This business has their sunk pump facing the street causing issues.
Driveway is nothing but grass and mud. Unpaved surface.
Potholes are really bad in this entire apartment complex. The management/property owners need to fix this issue. Car tires are getting ruined from this. Eyesore.
Squatters are walking in and out of the house. The door has been unlocked and they are living there. They are at this property day and night. Please inspect.
