Too many cars parked on street for safe conditions. One of the cars has an expired plate.
Contractor that mowed in easement between Thrush and Nowland left all of the clippings in the easement and has not returned to clean it up.
In ground pool has not been used for years and has standing water as well as small trees beginning to grow in it. There is also a pile of junk in the yard.
Fence in the back area of the property is falling apart. The area designated for a dumpster is overgrown and has junk throughout.
Tarps on roof and siding removed for over a year. Also on the house across the street (unknown address).
Leonardo's has changed their entrance and it does not appear that they will be adding the appropriate sidewalk area at the new entrance.
Swimming pool that has not been used for several years but has stagnant water.
