Neighbor has a Silver Chevrolet HHR that has had a very loud exhaust for several months. This car leaves every morning during the week usually between 7-7:10am. The car is so loud it wakes up people sleeping.
Have a pool with stagnate water causing mosquitoes.
Area had a demo and was excavated. Rocks have been left in a pile on this property for months and they need to fill this area in because its dangerous and someone could get hurt.
Motor home reaches out over into the sidewalk from the driveway and has been left like that since 7/26. Please inspect.
Excessively loud music at 804 W. Corrington Ave. Neighbors have filed numerous complaints but problem continues.
613 Morton Ave. Apt. A in Peoria, occupied rental apt., has bed bugs in his apt. and there is mold in the basement.
Valley Park Shopping Center has a lot of potholes. They need to replace this parking lot. It's too rough on vehicles and an eyesore.
It’s been too long for the city to allow the mess off University Ave and just south Northmore Rd. I’m sure you’ve driven by the multiple truck loads of dirt and debris just sitting there for several months. It’s time someone is held accountable to clean-up that mess. Your attention to this matter will be appreciated.
Neighbors would feel safe if something could be done to this problematic property. The door has been kicked in several times and the police has been by several times to take care of this property. At times vagrants post up and start living at this property. Neighbors have had issues with vagrants scoping their houses and then breaking in to their homes. Residents are concerned about their property values. Please look into seeing if this property is registered with the City.
