Pool is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The water in the pool is black. These residents are not treating the pool they have left up from last year. This is reoccurring issue with them.
There is a raccoon inside of the vent. Landlord refuses to do anything about this issue. Tenant can't sleep with the noise of the raccoon trying to get in. Concern about one year old baby living in the house under these conditions.
Leaving basketball rim out in the street area. Please inspect.
There are huge mud puddles because trucks to the Western meat market are backing in this area and tearing the vacant lot up. Eyesore. Please inspect.
Constantly blaring excessively loud music. Please inspect.
There's basketball rims left in the street areas on both W. Gift and W. Virginia between Isabell and Broadway. Kids have been playing on both streets and someone could get hurt due to the volume of cars coming up and down these areas.
Vacant property with a pool. There is a lot of water in the pool because the snow and rain over the past few months. This is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Also, concerned about the height of the fencing. Please inspect.
Putting up a pool in the yard without a fence going around the backyard.
Not an apartment number to this. Management has changed over and they refuse to answer calls from tenants. There was a contract for appliances when tenant moved in. The refrigerator is not getting cold enough and it is creating water all over. The water is getting all over the food.
The Townhouse Hotel is in disrepair. The hotel is filthy. There are shoes and clothes stuffed in the window of the hotel office. Paint buckets setup by stairways instead of using caution signs. Glass fell out of the refrigerator inside the hotel room in Room 213 and someone could get hurt. Please inspect facility.
