Dead tree in front yard that needs to be taken down.
Drive way is uneven and busted up. Dangerous. Will also contact Public Works about approach.
Standing water left in in ground pool. Mosquito issues.
Trashcans are located on the alley behind this location. The residents leave the bag outside (on the deck--not in the trash cans). The loose trash is attracting animals.

Constant furniture sale going on at this house. There is furniture all up and down the driveway. This sale has been going on for two weeks all day everyday.
Inoperable vehicle parked in driveway for over two weeks.
Citizen was happy that an inspector came to this address and the people living at the property had to drain the water out of their dirty mosquito infested pool. However, a neighbor is requesting a re-inspection because there is still a little water left in the pool and this neighbor has some very serious health problems and the mosquitoes are getting worse.This neighbor cannot afford to be bit by any mosquitoes.
