Bush piled up in property, wooden skids on property old flat screen tv all of this been sitting out there for over a year. City code enforcement not doing anything about it.

SR # 67943 305 S Steubenville St County owned vacant lot Trash and litter.
SR # 067942 1414 W Martin St County owned property Garbage, litter, limbs, and other debris in alley and backyard.
There is trash on their driveway, in their yard front and back and on their front porch. It is disgusting to have to look at. If we are trying to clean up blighted areas let’s start with them. They have been reported so many times, but they don’t care. The side of there garage is off Do to a fire next door. I’m sure they could care less. Neatness is free. Please do something!!! Thanks
