Westbound Bethany at Knoxville light does not seem to trip when in left turn lane. Southbound. Seems the light triggers from right lane only. We think camera may be misaligned.

The unit next door, 4309 Lora Ann Lane, Peoria, Illinois 61615 has had to have their refrigerator replaced. The old one with door intact has been sitting on the sidewalk in front of the unit for at least 3-4 days so far. A tragedy waiting to happen. The unit is managed by ReMax property Management.
There are 2 large piles of loose fiberglass insulation and debris - one pile on each side of the alley in the 1200 block of E. Gift / E. Seneca Place.
