The owner of the non owner occupied property is a slum lord who lets the property frequently fall into disrepair and does zero to maintain the property
The house next door to me has an alarm that is constantly going off. It's a rental property that's been empty for over a year. The alarm never shuts off and it's been going on for months. I finally realized where the noise was coming from. I'm afraid that it's a gas or CO2 alarm going off. The house is in disrepair. Ameren has been contacted for the alarm.
Landlord has repeatedly refused to fix leaky bathroom ceiling for over a month. My fiancee and I have repeatedly asked him to fix it but he always makes excuses The ceiling is on the verge of collapse and needs to be fixed immediately. We have pictures of the damaged ceiling to prove our claim.
Siding has been torn off this house for around 2 years.
Drainage tubing has been left in the front yard.
A new fence has been erected causing blind spots on a corner lot at the corner of Forrest Hill and California

Fence is constructed not to code. Chain link fence is used to support wood fence. Supports for fence are on outside of property. For sale sign constructed from pallet sitting in front yard and unsupported. This is a falling object hazard.
