Snow needs plowed before temperatures drop tonight.
Both tenant's electric goes to one bill but only one tenant pays. Burning smells inside the walls when electricity is used. NO HEAT. NO HOT WATER. Tenants are using space heaters to heat entire building. You are going to have a devastating fire and loss of life if you don't get on this slumlord - HARDESTY ENTERPRISES. I'm sure Hardesty, who lives on Grandview Drive, has heat in his house.

This house is a rental and it has been in bad shape for years. Siding coming off the north side of house. No downspouts on the gutters at all. They took them off when the city got on them for having trees growing out of the gutters. Garbage in the front and back yard. Wood picket fence in backyard is falling apart with pieces of wood laying in my yard. Please light a fire under this landlord and have him do the repairs he's required to do.

I am concerned there are so many leaves in the street and the drains are clogged, thus as the water tries to drain in the street it is not draining. Particularly in front of the corner of Bigelow & Forest Hill on the NW corner, as no one is living there.

Caller reported there is a vehicle sitting behind the house at 1626 Ayres with expired Out of State license plates. He said he is tired of calling about this vehicle and would like someone do take care of the problem.
SR#57206 Entire length of the 800 block of Spring street, on both sides has several very large, very deep potholes.
Asbestos siding being stripped off a little at a time. It's been half torn off for months now.
