Numerous potholes in right lane of North bound University between Teton and Willow Knolls.

Far right lane near Caterpillar has huge amount of ice protruding from curb into the traffic lane from plowing. It is like running over a parking block if you don't see it.
Potholes Pioneer Parkway (E) just before University intersection in front of Circle K and just beyond intersection on Pioneer Parkway heading east.
There was a very nasty pothole here and it caused my car to get a flat tire. Please fix!!
