315 w Forrest Hill. Over grown grass or ground cover. Unkept trees and brush . pole broken from from entrance of house. This whole place is not being taken care of. This is in the front and back of the house.
This house is either neglected or abandon. The bushes are covering all windows, the grass is tall, and grass is growing in the driveway.

How long must we look at this abandoned building with severe over growth of brush weeds and vines growing on most of these 2 buildings ???? It is a disgrace to the people of peoria. We have many out of town visitors to both Unity point hospital and OSF. First ugly thing that they see off of the interstate is this trashy building. What a first impression. Whoever owns this property needs to clean it up or bull doze it down !! Please do something about this unused old motel buildings (2)on corner of Knoxville Avenue and Pennsylvania. I have to drive by this mess everyday to and from work. Clean it up !!!! What an eyesore don’t you agree.
Tree is down in front yard for a month now and has not been removed
Whom ever you assigned to this lot is not cutting it like the last people. He’s zooming through this lot, grass still sticking up, hasn’t picked up any of the trash. This is so unpleasant. I would like for someone to come and pick the trash up please and thank you.
Bushes over growing over sidewalk.
Over grown trees , brush , and weeds in back yard behind house. They are so tall that they are showing over the fence . It looks very unkept and junky for the neighborhood. Its been like this for a long time. Nothing is ever done . Please do something about this ! It’s the house on corner of Forrest Hill and Ellis
