Grass is over grown and has not been cut none this year. Tenants have complained to the manager but they’re saying it’s out of their control. They’re saying no new contractors has been hired to cut the grass.

Constant trash outside that blows into yards along Melbourne Ave. city has been called several times and they still have not picked up the garbage outside their residence. Lawn has never been mowed since they moved in. The stroller has been sitting on the side of the road for the past two weeks. Dog is not leased when it’s outside.
