Volunteer trees 3 ft high growing alongside house. In front yard there is part of a rake propped up against the porch and a bucket and tarp with tree limbs they’ve collected and won’t set out to be picked up. As reported numerous times back yard is a disaster from parking their car and a trailer on an unpacked service.

Back area behind garage is full of debris and weeds. I tried to clean up some of the vines pulling on my tree but a branch fell and hit my head so decided to report instead. It’s a mess. My neighbor and I have also noticed rats in our yards.
