I have made reports about this before and nothing has been done. Not sure why I'm eating my time again... The noise and parking around Rumbergers are terrible. Cars park in the intersection right next to the stop sign on both sides of the road. It's impossible to pull out of my own driveway safely. No parking signs are needed!!!
Thyme Restaurant. They are violating the noise ordinance on a nightly basis and ignore neighbors requests to turn down the music. They play their outside speakers at the same volume from open until well after close. Their music was still blaring at 1am Sunday morning. I can't sleep and my other neighbors are fed up too. Please put a stop to this!!!!
The water coming out of the bathroom faucets is way to hot. My wife and I burnt our hands on it. There is no way to run cold water
Roofing business operating out of home with multiple trucks, trailers etc traveling through residential neighborhood and being stored on and around the property which is believed to be a rental home.
I drive by the Mayflower Restaurant on Pioneer Parkway daily. For several weeks now no one has tended to the broken picture windows, hanging insulation, and completely open doorway. It's quite the eyesore and I would think safety hazard.
Storm damage from late December hasn't been touched. This pine tree landed on my fence, the top went through the fence. I think the fence is OK, but I would really appreciate the tree removed but I don't know who to call.
Actual address is 2001 SW Jefferson. Used cars for sale stored in grassy area.
