This motorhome has been parked on this property for a good two months. I believe people are living in it. Is this against code?

This property always has seven vehicles park in driveway. Some look abandoned and have never moved from location. Also two are always park just off Sheridan in front of house that are not for parking I believe.

This car has been parked for weeks. It has no plates either. It is parked behind my friends driveway and makes it hard to back out. My friend said she thinks it’s an abandon car. She doesn’t know anyone that drives it.
