Large overgrown tree that borders the backyard of 1028 N Flora,1102 N Flora and is in the backyard to Davis Insurance Agency on North street. The tree root system has become a home to groundhogs which are causing lots of issues. The tree is half dead and needs to be taken down, owner has refused to do so even after a history of other dead trees damaging neighbors property because he refuses to deal with it.
