Front porch and yard are full of items/ /junk/debris. Looks like a hoarder situation in the yard. Also he is supplying electricity to brown van on the street. Someone lives in the van. Plz take care of this issue. Thank you

920 W. Russell has a car with all flat tires in the backyard, a boat that is in the yard full of garbage, and garbage is all over the yard
Cut brush is in the ally. Been there for three weeks. Not broken up enough for garbage to takes. Almost blocking the ally.
501 West Gift Out of state owner has wrecked cars parked here. Plz do not allow!! He also ditches them in the alley behind Hanssler on the Quest side to attempt to hide them. No tags. He does this a lot. He is related to 434 Hanssler which is a crime ridden house. Plz help. Thank you.

2nd major water leak in two weeks at Poplar Hall on the ICC Peoria campus. 3rd such leak in the past 3 months. Water in walls and carpet. Major plumbing and heating repairs done. Work ongoing without sufficient mold remediation for these or past events of same nature over several years with this building.
