Use of public right of way for placement of advertising signs is out of control! A prime example is the center median on N Knoxville, north of Rte 6, and the intersection at Ravinswood Rd. They are an eyesore & a distraction! Can’t something be done? Is there not an ordinance prohibiting? Is so, it’s not being enforced.
