Severe erosion behind property over storm sewer that runs north and south down my east property line between Forsythe Rd & Capital. City engineer reviewed this last year prior to leaving employer to a new job. This was bad last year has continued to get worse. Because of the spring flooding last year we were told that there were no funds to complete repairs. The storm sewer will soon be exposed repairs for the city will be even greater. 1319 columbia terrace. Abandoned house. Sofits crumbling
Upon arriving home from vacation on March 22nd I noticed what appeared to be a relatively large oil spill in front of my house. Oddly enough, the area froze during freezing temperatures. I arrived home this afternoon to find the pavement severely buckled over the area of the "spill." The pavement was fine when I went to work at 7 AM this morning. Lisa Arnett

Open window at abandoned property at 2621 W malone. Youth can crawl into property.
