Rotting unsafe stairs to second floor. Dead trees creating a hazard.
We have lived here 3 years. The garage is only visible from behind the house. The roof has huge hole in it. It has remained unrepaired for at least 3 years and is close to falling down. It will have negative impact on property values in this area. I'm sure it is a safety hazard as well.
The roof has collapsed in and the garage has been neglected for so long there is a tree growing through a large hole in the roof. The doors also don't close properly.

Tree limb just fell. Blocking alley to the west of Summit Blvd.
Storm sewer is caving in. This is unsafe for the children in the neighborhood. It has been reported on multiple occasions.
1410 N Cole Ct is currently an uninhabited house with no utilities hooked up. The in-ground pool is partially full with no fence/barrier creating a safety issue for animals and children in the neighborhood. It is also a breeding ground for mosquitos causing a public health concern.
