I live next to an abandoned house that rats have taken over. I see them in the window as I sit on my porch. I am next door at 3220 NE Madison. The owners have been gone for years and they have not kelp up the property. It is unsafe and the pest issue is out of control for the houses around it. Please help!
This fence and bush make it extremely difficult to view on coming traffic on Hamilton when attempting to turn left onto Mar Vista. This creates a dangerous situation. The cars should be able to be in full view rather than hidden behind the bush and fence. Thank you for looking into this.

What is the status of condemning this property? Notice was posted Sept 2016 in window. Nothing has happened since. Trees are dangerous, porch is falling down in back, tarp is still hanging from the roof.

Gutters falling off house on NE corner, Flashing around roof coming off on Western roof peak, Foundation sinking on NW corner (see front porch pillar).
My child attends school here and I am concerned that the mold / dirt that I can see in the ductwork may be hazardous.
