1410 N Cole Ct is currently an uninhabited house with no utilities hooked up. The in-ground pool is partially full with no fence/barrier creating a safety issue for animals and children in the neighborhood. It is also a breeding ground for mosquitos causing a public health concern.
There was a house fire in January. No repairs have been made. It looks terrible and many neighbors are unhappy. What is the city doing about this? Please contact me about this. Al Harms 209-3847
Collapsing porch. Additional wind damage. 1011 n glenwood. House vacant.
Downed limb on house. Downed power line. 1608 columbia terrace. House unoccupied. There is other storm damage. Called Ameren but no one has contact info.
The wall by front door moves when you close the door the wood has rotten from the slab you can see day light from inside the house the landlord used caulk so stop bugs coming in. The room between the garage and main house has rotten wood in the front right corner of the room we pull the carpet out and you can stick your hand up in to it when it rains water comes right in there that's why the structure has rotten out the landlord will not do anything about it
Fence around pool does not look secure and could pose a life safety issue.
Siding is falling off and the wood is all rotted on the side of the house. They are also parking on the grass behind the house.
