Large hole near sidewalk and street with no fencing around it.
Big tree fell on roof two months ago smashing roof. Huge limb on roof slowly sliding down and blocking use of front door. How can this be safely occupied? No effort to remove this huge limb. Roof must be leaking into home.
Broken garage door and tons of refuse spilling out of garage behind and a boarded up house at Wisconsin and 700 block of East Virginia.
Vacant abandoned rental frequented by vagrants and becoming a home for mold and wild animals creating unsafe conditions for reasons of fire and basic sanitation issues. Not to mention the property values of surrounding homes and the overgrowth and neglect of the gutters and vegetation
gigantic sink hole in parking lot very very big and is expanding! very dangerous
Tree has split and falling, leaning on my tree from neighbors, needs to be removed, very dangerous and over utilities
Adding pic for previous report of unsafe structure from filth, odor, rat infested house
Human feces, rats, enormous stench can be smelled from house 50+ feet away. Trash was knee high from tenant with children that vacated rental property.
Sommer park playground equipment step is peeling off and all rusted underneath. Easy trip hazard.
