Exposed wires on streetlight on southeast corner of Ridgemont Ave. and North St.
Missing cover. It is not set correctly and the new one will go missing until it is set correctly
Light pole near the intersection of Adams and Main, in front Cat Headquarters, is very unstable and is rocking back and forth in the wind.
Tunnel lights have not been working the entire summer and now into fall.
Light rain still causes storm drain to flood. Every time. Was diagnosed and repaired last year. Still floods each time. Does not even require heavy rain.
Light post is very loose and swaying in the wind. It is the one with the "Child Abuse Prevention Month" banner on it in front of the Library's main entrance.
Caved in storm sewer presents a danger to my 3 year old and neighborhood children
Very hazardous condition --- street light dangling from wire in light pole. Located at intersection of Wilhelm Road and Rhonda Way in Peoria.
