Visual obstruction due to an overgrown tree/shrub at corner
Multiple used cars are parked in the abandoned store lot each week. A new car is parked there almost every day. They have sale signs in the windows. They cause a visual obstruction for drivers trying to turn off Ridge and Crestwood roads. Very dangerous.
Trees overgrown and blocking view. Drivers have to pull out past stop sign to see traffic. There is also a fire station in the area which increases danger of the visual obstruction.
Foliage on fence blocking view onto University when pulling from alleyway
Chain link fence in alleyway is covered with weeds blocking view of University. Drivers have to pull partially onto University to see at which point they are endangering themselves and others.
At the corner of N. Grand Blvd. and E.Crestwood, there is a bush which obstructs the view onto Grand and onto Crestwood from Grand. although there is a 4-way stop, the bush is a danger at the intersection. Te ower of the property should trim the bush to a size which does not obstruction one's vision.

If you're on Johnson turning onto MacArthur, there are bushes on this property that are obstructing the view of traffic. The bushes are also blocking the sidewalk at this location so pedestrians have to enter the street to walk around. Citizen is worried an accident will occur.
