Chain link fence in alleyway is covered with weeds blocking view of University. Drivers have to pull partially onto University to see at which point they are endangering themselves and others.

At the southeast corner of Knoxville Ave & Bethany Way, the top of the traffic light is obstructed low hanging tree limbs. Also, it is difficult to make right turn on red from Bethany Way to northbound Knoxville Ave because low tree limbs and high weed growth are obstructing the line of sight for northbound right lane traffic.
