Since the IDOT web form doesn't seem to be working, and I can't find anyway to send an email to alert them, please forward this message to someone in IDOT who is empowered to take action. I don't expect the COP to fix this problem, as I know it's not in City jurisdiction. I just need help getting it to the right IDOT person. Thanks, Norm "A banner sign has been erected on state ROW at the intersection of US Route 150 and Koerner Rd in Peoria, IL. For traffic attempting to turn east on 150 from Koerner Rd, the sign obstructs all vision of eastbound cross traffic on Rt 150, so people are making blind "right on red" turns into 50 MPH cross traffic. It's an accident waiting to happen, and this sign needs to be removed or moved back ASAP." (Out of courtesy, on Tuesday, September 6, I called the non profit that put up the sign but they've taken no action, and I'd hate to see them get sued for causing an accident.)
