The “Play Slots Here” banner from Untamed chef is obstructing view of oncoming traffic when turning out of Kingsway Dr, especially when it is windy and the banner is waving around.
Multiple used cars are parked in the abandoned store lot each week. A new car is parked there almost every day. They have sale signs in the windows. They cause a visual obstruction for drivers trying to turn off Ridge and Crestwood roads. Very dangerous.
Trees are overgrown on this abandoned property. I believe John McCormick owns it according to city records. This is a vacant lot full of overgrown trees and weeds. The trees are blocking the street light. This makes the road very dark at nighttime when coming home from work. I have put in other reports on this same property previously as the trees and weeds were coming out into the street. That has since been handled. The owner of the property needs to do something as this is an eye sore.
I live behind westlake shopping center and as soon as the landscaping starts getting put in and the grasses and whatever plants start growing, we have traffic issues. Because there is a curve you go around, people can’t see people coming around the shopping canter. My family and I and neighbors have had multiple instances of having to hit our breaks to avoid hitting people. They pull out as they think it’s clear. I can’t blame them as I have done it too leaving the shopping center. I can have others put in complaints as well. Just trying to get ahead of it as I seen they have already been remulching. My mother also had someone pull out of the shopping center and start driving into on coming traffic. It is very hazardous/risky to try to drive around the shopping center. I have personally been involved in an accident at this location. Please fix for the safety of us.
SR#38826 Grass too high and causing obstruction when turning left from N. Centerway De & Wilhelm.
SR#37161 Natural concepts sign is obstructing view at University and Marlene, when heading east bound on Marlene and looking north along university.
SR#36375 Moving pod greatly impedes visibility when driving towards prospect. A dumpster recently also appeared. Very dangerous since cars turn off forest hill there’s no way to see them coming when stopped at stop sign.
House between 3416 & 3422 has overgrown weeds at mailbox on roadside. Is blocking view of incoming traffic when leaving driveways.
