Car parked and hasn't moved in over 4 months. This is on a snow emergency route. Please tow

White Cadillac Escalade has been parked on the street for multiple months and has not been moved.
There is a large pickup truck parked in the street at the above address. It has not moved in 2 years. This is a snow route and it makes it difficult for the snowplow to turn around and also for traffic to turn onto our street especially if someone is coming in the opposite direction. With the snowstorm it is a hazard.
Our neighbor has had this car parked on the street for 3 years. It hasn’t moved in that time. I doubt it even starts. Tires are going flat too. She buys new registration stickers every year for it but hasn’t moved it in 3 years. They can’t plow in front of our house properly because of where it’s parked.
Vehicle parked on side street for over a month with expired plates.
This van has been parked crooked, jutting out into the street for a while. It has a green sticker on it from a previous warning. I do not believe it runs.
