SR#61102 Some pavement washed away in front of driveway at 1213 E Forrest Hill Ave resulting in pot hole.

SR#60903 Pothole. W Alta Lane. At intersection of Route 91. Eastbound lane, south side. Thank you!
This is 3rd request for city to repair the alley next to our house (in between 2500 block N Missouri and California). There is very little pavement at all in the alley. Every time it rains it floods and pools, and then recedes into our basement that is near the alley. Every time a garbage truck goes down the alley it makes it worse. We have lived here nearly 13 years and this is the first time we have continuously had this water come into the basement. As soon as the water recedes from the alley, it ends up In our basement. And when it’s heavy rain, the entire block of alley way flows down the ruts in the alley at our end. Since it’s the public alley, there is very little we as the homeowner can do to stop it from coming in.

SR#60695 There is a pothole outside of 4732 N Ridgelawn Pl, in the middle of the street, about 1.5 ft wide. please help, thank you.
Boulevard on Rebecca Place grass extremely high. What we have noticed is when the grass is cut, it is only cut in certain places leading to very uneven growth. This was how it was cut last year also. Looks very sloppy. The bushes need trimming. Thank you for looking in this situation. I have more photos of needed.

This is the alley that runs behind Eleanor place. This was shown to have case # 29221 and shows now closed. The potholes have not been repaired. See pictures taken 05-03-20 of unrepaired potholes
