Drug paraphernalia dealer at 1411 NE Adams is exchanging hypodermic needles on sidewalk/street in violation of ordinance: (a)No person shall engage in the delivery, sale or exchange of hypodermic syringes and needles as authorized in Sec. 2 of the Hypodermic, Syringes and Needles Act (720 ILCS 635/2) unless said delivery, sale or exchange occurs within a building which is not in a residentially zoned district. The delivery, sales or exchange of hypodermic syringes and needles is prohibited on public streets, sidewalks, rights-of-way, plazas and parks." March 16, 2020 "ANNOUNCEMENT: The Jolt Harm Reduction Center will only be available to curb-side services or delivery until further notice. Please do not come into the building. Remain in your vehicle and we will bring your supplies to you."
nightclub operating out of the upstairs of 512 Spring Street. Were they approved for this use? Were they issued a liquor license? Can the owner be held responsible for a murder happening here?

1124 NE Adams had over 100 motorcycles at this illegal motorcycle club on Saturday, May 27. I don't believe this use has been authorized by zoning or city council. (before you say there is no evidence of a motorcycle club, like you did two years ago, I found the following on Facebook, advertising this event: Foundry Rats ride Saturday May 27th. This is what I found on the web. Sign up will be from 10am to noon at Foundry Rats Motorcycle Club 1124 NE Adams Peoria, IL. $15 per bike $5 for passengers and will include free sausage ... If the weather is good, I will ride. This is your chance to satisfy that sausage craving! Many, many sausages! We will be at Post 100 at 10:30 a.m. and leave the Post at 11 a.m. Join us at Post 100 as available, or we will see you at the sign in. Let's Roll
Tenants have no water service. Had power off for over 2 weeks.
Too many people living in single family home. There are as many as ten children living in the house along with adults.
No electricity, water, or power at this house. Resident has been living in the house for many years under these horrendous living conditions. Gutters are clogged and water is going over into neighbors basement. Please abate.
