Tenants have no water service. Had power off for over 2 weeks.
Too many people living in single family home. There are as many as ten children living in the house along with adults.
More than one family living at this single family residence.
Neighbors have noticed a increase in activity at a house that was up for sale a few months ago. There is speculation that the house has become a business in a residential area. There are 7-9 trucks going back and forth through the cul-de-sac. It is believed that this company is a roofing supply company. The trucks have the name "Heritage Xterior on the side of them. Concerned about property value in the neighborhood. Overnight and some mornings, there are 6-7 company business trucks and trailers sitting outside. From Charter Oak Rd. you can see the company banner hanging on the the porch of the house.
709 Voris has no running water. Been that way for a while. People still living there.
No running water. On several occasions, neighbors have seen the resident bathing in a nasty pool of water in the backyard. The water is also attracting mosquitoes. Also a dog is living at the house with no water.
Multiple families living in single family dwelling.
over-occupancy at 1622 ne madison ave. approxiamately 10-15 young (8-17) seem to live/stay at this location with no adults ever seen. They are out at all times of the night so I don't know if it's a police issue, dcfs or zoning.
No electricity, water, or power at this house. Resident has been living in the house for many years under these horrendous living conditions. Gutters are clogged and water is going over into neighbors basement. Please abate.
