Numerous men (Approx 15) gathered on front porch, steps and several squatting on concrete in front of steps gambling at 2506 W. Humboldt (house is located right next to lot at corner of Humboldt and Griswold)The men were seen gambling last several days and additionally several occupied cars are sitting on street by the house where the gambling is taking place. This behavior has become more common in the last two weeks. Need intervention Please!
1124 NE Adams had over 100 motorcycles at this illegal motorcycle club on Saturday, May 27. I don't believe this use has been authorized by zoning or city council. (before you say there is no evidence of a motorcycle club, like you did two years ago, I found the following on Facebook, advertising this event: Foundry Rats ride Saturday May 27th. This is what I found on the web. Sign up will be from 10am to noon at Foundry Rats Motorcycle Club 1124 NE Adams Peoria, IL. $15 per bike $5 for passengers and will include free sausage ... If the weather is good, I will ride. This is your chance to satisfy that sausage craving! Many, many sausages! We will be at Post 100 at 10:30 a.m. and leave the Post at 11 a.m. Join us at Post 100 as available, or we will see you at the sign in. Let's Roll
This house has no water and the septic service does not work yet there appears to be someone living in it. The owner of the property (Warren Danz) has been notified numerous times but has done nothing to keep the person from living in the house

neighbors say that 412 Laveille was vacant for over 1 year prior to sale to new owner and want to make sure it reverts back to single-family. This has been a problem property for years!
Heating and cooling business being ran from home. There is a trailer that looks unsafe and sits on bricks in the driveway with a lot of junk in it. The trailer has a sign on it that says "Avinas Heating and Cooling." This is in a residential location.
People living in the house with no running water or electricity.
Unregistered rental. Far more than 3 unrelated people are living in this home.
