Home has been vacant for years city boarded up doors, but someone has broken window on side street area to possibly gain access to get back in, I hope something can be done if someone is living in this house, owners has been dead for years and this house just sits for squatters to enter in and cause damage and even possiblity a fire in our neighborhood, please do something about this home that's been sitting for years and owners no longer living.
HOUSE WAS SOLD AT CITY AUCTION LAST FALL. HOUSE IS BEING OCCUPIED AND WAS NEVER REPAIRED. THIS PROPERTY WAS ON CITY LIST FOR CODE VIOLATIONS.
I reported in 02/2017 of non owner occupied at 1904 N Linn St and I called in 2018 about it. It’s 2019 still is non owner occupied. They are dumping urine from basement window on driveway side. They placed sand by the window to absorb the urine. They urinate by back door constantly as well. They have two broken windows on their front porch. The garage has been hit with a vehicle so the side is leaning in as well.
nightclub operating out of the upstairs of 512 Spring Street. Were they approved for this use? Were they issued a liquor license? Can the owner be held responsible for a murder happening here?
SR #44561 are there any regulations regarding work vehicles at a single-family house in R-4 zoning? New residents at 1600 NE Madison have many, many vehicles with Dealer Plates parked on the street. There is a box truck, sometimes dump trucks, flat bed trucks and probably 10 passenger cars every night, all with dealer plates.
One of my clients rents from the occupants of 1831 N. California. While visiting at his landlord's home, he took video (which I saw) of at least 20 dogs in the home. My client says that there is feces in the home and that the smell is awful. My client said that the occupants of this home are running a kennel/day care for dogs out of this home and that they regularly have 20-40 dogs in the home, roaming freely.
Caller reported there are people living in the garage at 714 E. Gift Ave. They have been there for a couple of months. Adults
No electricity in house. People still living there.
