Dairy Queen has led sign that transitions illegally.
Installing a new sign and i dont think they have permits for it.
Billboard was required to plant evergreens and put up a fence for the transitional buffer yard. Fence is in disrepair along Knoxville and interstate ramp and many evergreen trees have died.
Strong law office on Knoxville has a led sign that switches messages sooner than 10 sec. 2nd time I've contacted the city
Tempoary Vinyl sign tacked to front of church storefront for over one year. Aesthetically disheveled and contributes to blighted iappearance at intersection.

Permanent sign missing face. Per Section 17.8 sign must be kept in neat and orderly condition and appearance.
