There seems to be an illegal sign in the form of a great big tarp hanging from the garage. Neighborhood eyesore.
graffiti/sign spray painted on front of house at 1211 W John Gwynn. It looks terrible and is a blight on the neighborhood.
are there any sign regulations to address the eyesore at 1400/1402/1404 NE Monroe? They have hand painted/drawn wording around the perimeter of their building with advertising. It really looks ghetto but are there regulations which limit the square footage or something?
There is an agreement with the City of Peoria and the billboard company that has their digital billboard at Knoxville & Pennsylvania. This location (faces Knoxville across from OSF and the interstate), to shut off bright sign during 12:00 midnight - 6:00 a.m. The billboard running 24 hours a day is bright and shining in the windows of the homes in the Randolph and Roanoke Neighborhood Association. We would like to have this situation adjusted asap.
