Huge painted wood signs in the yard approx. 5 denouncing the governor and a PD sign that need to be removed.
SR#60648 Previous complaint on this was closed. Nothing was done to fix the problem. Property owner still has sidewalk blocked and it is unsafe. Slippery and always wet from sump pump drainage. Very unsightly and hazardous.
Sump pump not buried correctly and draining onto sidewalk. Property owner has a “slippery when wet” sign and now put a paver block on the end of the pipe. This has been a problem for years! They used to drain it into the neighbors property.... this is blocking the sidewalk now. Sidewalk is deteriorating.
SR#56840 HyVee at Sheridan Village still has 20 banners and 15 small yard signs. This is the NINTH complaint to PEORA CARES and each of the other complaints continues to be marked CLOSED without the infractions changing and WITH NO COMMENTS. Can the city please comment on why this big box is allowed to consistently breach the Peoria sign regulations even with multiple citizen complaints. You wouldn’t allow this in a north side white neighborhood correct?
