Toilet is out of order. Employees state they go to restroom across the street. Health Dept referred to City because it's a plumbing issue.
Property has been sold and the home has fallen in disrepair. Tarp had been on roof in the past and is now off. Rain and snow enters home. Prior owner had extermination company place a chimney cap and they've now been removed. Neighborhood is concerned about this property.
Nature has taken over this house entirely. There is a tree going through it. Its not visible as a house. Neighbors wanting to know what the city plans to do about it.
Would the City be able to provide us a status update on the long abandoned, boarded up house at 4607 N. Edgebrook Dr? We recently noticed a large industrial size dumpster being filled with leftover contents from the house. Is this house being prepped for demolition or will it perhaps be getting renovated? Also, is there a city code for how long a window can remain boarded up? This house has had one boarded up for years. Thank you for any updates you can provide.
Landlord didn't pay sewer. Water turned off 01/23. Has newborn in the home.
Previous case 53801. Tenants saying that though a housing case was opened in December, nothing has been done yet. They are still without a front door and landlord is unresponsive to them.

House has been empty for years and the doors have been broken into. Front door broken in. Liquor bottles all over. Please board up. Afraid of possible arson if remains open.
