3808 N. University 61614. Storm windows busted and busted glass on ground in front yard. auto debris and shattered auto glass from pickup that crashed into front of house on Nov. 29 2022 (check police report), front storm door busted, downspouts in front yard mangled, gutters overloaded with debris, peeling exterior paint on several areas of siding, basement window open and exposed to elements and critters, soffits on back of house warping and birds nesting inside soffits, huge limbs on ground in back yard that have broken off unkept trees on property, unraked leaves from fall piled against back of house. I hope Peoria cares. I have to look at this neglected disgusting mess every day
Toilet making noises. Basement is full of Stool waste and the odor is coming up through the vents. Landlord states he'll come by but hasn't as of yet. Daughter in home and has asthma. Renting since 2021 on the 21st of the month.

Abandoned building. Large window broken with a board leaning against it.
Apartment hasn't had drywall repaired from a leak a couple of weeks ago. Closet door needs to be replaced. Prior code enforcement officer stated they have to put doors on closet and it still hasn't been completed (2016).
Has no heat (since December 2022) and oven doesn't work (since December 2022). Tenant also doesn't have a key to unit and people walk in. Property was shot up in December/January. PPD was not called. REMAX is selling property and has to go through owner and they don't answer
Dangerous death trap needs demolished really bad. School kids play around it after school. Nobody is fixing anything. More abandoned houses 1408 ne Glendale area that are asking for problems after these school kids get injured playing in these abandoned houses after school.
Sewer leak within unit not repaired properly ongoing issue and unit might be unsafe. Multiple units impacted also my neighbor. It has been over 30 days
