Signals at intersection of university and northmore malfunctioning. Also street lights around intersection not working. Very dark at night.
The stop light on Orange Prairie always takes a very long time to change. I frequently have to sit at the light when there is no traffic on US-150
When turning from Miramar onto southbound University (Left hand turn from Miramar) having to wait excessive time even when there is no traffic for light to change. This is at 6am when traffic is very light but also experience long waits at other times of day.
The traffic light for the street coming out from Kroger is facing south. This is very confusing for north bound traffic.
When turning left from Willow Knolls Dr. onto Allen Rd, the yellow signal light is not working. It is on the left most light that is attached directly to the vertical pole.

Light at proctor changes for no traffic while driving on Knoxville. Yet, while leaving proctor, it can take 7+ min for light to change. These are 3 pictures in 24 hrs waiting at the light on Knoxville for no traffic.
