Light at st James and university favors st James way too much. often we stay at the light for a full 3 minutes despite the fact that nobody is on st James. A more balanced time would be much appreciated thank you.

North bound Allen Rd green light is out on the traffic light

SR#49931 Light on west bound Willow staying green for about 12 seconds during rush hour. Needs adjusted to prevent traffic jam.

SR#49083 Northbound Knoxville at McClure. Right stop light yellow light is out.
SR#49052 Stop light at Allen and Carriage will change to red for Allen traffic when there are no cars on Carriage. Seems like Allen should be green until a car comes to the intersection from Carriage.
