New through street needs a stop sign in order to avoid accidents or children getting hit by cars not stopping. This is a children dense area with students that walk and bike to school.

At War Memorial and Scenic, the traffic signal system thinks there is always a vehicle on westbound War Drive wanting to turn left onto Scenic even when nothing has been there for several cycles.
