SR#065363 The turn arrow to turn northbound on Prospect from War Memorial has been so short in the last week that only one car is able to get through on a green arrow. This intersection is bad enough at night time rush hour, now there are more people trying to beat the light.

Alot of drivers use Dries and then Meadowbrook as a cut thru from Forest Hill to War Dr. Traffic backs up at the light for those turning left onto War Dr especially after the 3pm time frame and rush hour. Sometimes takes a couple cycles to get thru.
